After an item is physically cleaned and checked, select its ID below to return it to available stock. Damaged or lost garments are not released here.
No garment selected
Select a registered player, then type an ID or scroll through available garments. The database checks registration and prevents duplicate issues at the point of saving.

You may issue one garment at a time. A replacement requires the original garment to be returned first.
The original garment must be physically returned before an available replacement can be issued. Select both garment IDs; the database saves the return and issue together.
No player selected
Choose the original garment and a replacement.
Find a player or enter either garment ID. Tick the items physically handed back. Each item can have a different condition. Return one or both with one confirmation.
Administrator only. Load one garment per row. 2026 garments will be held as Pending physical check until you confirm each is actually in stock. Importing does not recreate 2026 issue histories.
Excel (.xlsx) and CSV supported. Columns: garment_id, garment_type, size, stock_year. Each physical jersey or shorts needs a permanent unique ID (e.g. J101 or S101). Do not reuse IDs from the test stock or between old and new designs.

Only do this after the garment is physically counted, identified and checked in usable condition. Once approved, it becomes available for issuing.

Administrator only. This imports only the NZ ID, first name, last name, grade, season, and registration status for player records in Years 1–8. DOB, contact details, medical information and all other report columns are ignored.
Download the Registration Report CSV from Rugby Xplorer. Upload the original file without rearranging its columns. Imports must match the app's current season. Existing player identities and uniform history are preserved.

Before importing real children’s records, test your volunteer account permissions. Anyone authorised to use the app must keep their login private.
Seasons change only when an administrator confirms them. Nothing happens automatically on 1 January.
Do not open 2028 while testing 2027. Opening a new season is a real database change. Existing registrations will NOT qualify players for the new season until a new Rugby Xplorer import is completed.
Uniforms, outstanding allocations and historical records are never reset. The operation checks the current year again before committing.
Reports read your live Supabase records. Open this tab to load the history; use Refresh reports after other volunteers make changes. CSV exports open in Excel.
Open Reports to load records.
Current unreturned garments stay outstanding even when their issuing season has ended. Selecting a season limits this report to issues made in that season.
